Meet the owner
Hey, I’m Sam Christiansen.
Growing up as a military kid, I spent part of my childhood in Hawaii, where diving quickly became a big part of my life. I got my open water certification at 16 so I could join my dad on dives hunting for rare seashells. That early connection to the water stayed with me and eventually led me to start diving boats professionally while I was in college.
After moving to Fort Lauderdale with my wife, I worked my way up to head diver at a local company and continued building my experience with advanced diving certifications. In 2018, I launched Scuba Sam Concierge Dive Service to bring a personal, hands-on approach to underwater boat care.
When I’m not diving, you’ll usually find me surfing, biking, or exploring Florida’s state parks with my wife. I’m grateful to do work I love and to meet great people along the way.
