How We Change Props

Once we’re set, we use a proper underwater prop puller to safely remove the existing propeller without stressing the shaft, strut, or keyway.

We then clean the shaft face, check the key and nut for wear, and install the new prop with marine-grade grease and a secure torque setting. Everything is double-checked for alignment and proper fit.
